Our Crowdfunding Groups
Hosted by the Office of the President, Orange Santa began in 1994 as a program designed to foster a more caring university environment by providing help for members of the university community in need during the holiday season. In December 2023, Orange Santa served 600 families, including more than 1,300 children. This year, we anticipate the need to be great once again.

For 2024, Orange Santa will continue to provide financial assistance, this time through a payment via payroll. Families who apply and are approved will receive a payment through payroll with assistance for all approved children.
Orange Santa is only possible through the support of the UT Austin community. As the program has evolved and grown, the support from Longhorn Nation has become even more vital.
