Through the Office of the Associate Dean for Equity and Inclusion (OADEI), the Steve Hicks School is working toward fostering a diverse and inclusive environment founded in mutual respect, and appreciation of differences, and the dismantling of systems of privilege. This means standing for social justice for individuals and communities facing oppression, and rejecting all forms of hate, marginalization, discrimination, and violence.
