Project Developments

February 18, 2019

Hey there! We're so excited to be fundraising again through HornRaiser! After great success last semester, we're looking forward to holding another fundraiser.

This semester, we are refining our design for the learning center/disaster relief shelter for Sirupinayur. We've Skyped directly with village leaders several times, and we've been coordinating with a local contractor/engineer who will help us implement the building designs. Right now, our goal is to get building plans as finalized as possible, as well as finalize a budget for the project!

We're also trying to publicize the amazing efforts that PUC teams do throughout the year. Team India was recently featured on KXAN News in Austin!  It was so exciting to see our project being published on live television, and team members were even recognized during a fundraiser event in Austin!

Remember to stay updated on our project by following our Facebook page. Thank you for joining us and following our project through this wild, exciting semester!
