Help a child to read and transform their future

We believe in the power of early literacy to address educational inequities and racial disparities in our society. That's why UT's Charles A. Dana Center created Literacy First, an outreach program that partners with local elementary schools to provide daily one-to-one literacy tutoring. Your gift will be used to ensure more children are reading at or above grade level by third grade.

• Program books and supplies for 1 student    $50
• Reading tutoring for 1 student for an entire month    $100
• 60 hours of training and weekly coaching for program tutors    $200
• Reading tutoring for 25 students for an entire month    $2,500
