Support a vibrant arts and culture community

Arts and culture bring a community together like nothing else can. Your gift will help support a spectrum of community-enriching destinations across UT, including the Blanton Museum of Art, the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center, the Harry Ransom Center, the Landmarks Public Art Program and Texas Performing Arts.

These world-class UT organizations each enrich the community at large because they're open to the public year-round, they broaden the educational experience for local K-12 students and they enhance UT students' on-campus experience.

The Blanton Museum of Art is the primary art collection for the city of Austin, with more than 19,000 works in its collection.

"My experience at the Blanton Museum of Art was truly eye-opening. Art, in its essence, is about putting yourself in other people's shoes and seeing the world from their perspective. Through...my experience at the museum, I am beginning to become a more empathetic person."

-UT Undergrad who visited with a Signature Course

The Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center features more than 900 species of native Texas plants, and is home to a breadth of education programs and events.

"Wow! What a great center to visit and really delve deep into learning about the nature that Texas has to offer. Well-designed for different ability levels and age groups. Get outside! Stop and smell the flowers!"

-George R

The Harry Ransom Center specializes in the collection of literary and cultural artifacts from the Americas and Europe for the purpose of advancing the study of the arts and humanities.

"I go here every day at exactly noon. And every day it is full of surprises. Oh, such wonder!"

The Landmarks Public Art Program is one of the top three public art programs in the country, with over 40 works of art across UT's campus that are viewed more than 160,000 times every day.

"I love seeing art transform our landscape and observing the profound ways it shapes our lives. We love making that first step possible, leading the way to discovering the arts and to a lifetime of healthy and productive engagement."
