What is KIN Club?
Texas Kinesiology (KIN) Club is the hub for UT students who desire to deepen their involvement with the kinesiology community. Students who are passionate about careers related to health and wellness (i.e. coaching, physical/occupational therapy, personal training, etc.) benefit from the rich opportunities our organization has to offer as we connect with field professionals, engage in campus events, compete in intramurals, and become involved in the community!
What is our Project?
Each year, two active members and two officers of KIN Club are recognized and awarded for their excellence within the program through individual scholarships.
Historically, we have awarded $500 per student, for a total of $2,000 per year. As of the last couple of years, we have limited our giving to $250 due to unprecedented times.
Our goal for the 2022 fall semester is to raise at least $1,000 to be able to award four individuals $250 each in scholarship funds.
Why do we need your help?
By donating to our program, you are helping support and recognize those students who are working diligently to achieve their goals in the various fields of kinesiology. These students will one day change the world and you could be a part of that!
This donation level will help us further reach our goal of funding a KIN Club student's education and reward them for their outstanding involvement in the kinesiology department.
This level of donation could contribute to funding one of our scholarship recipient's academic supplies to help further their education! Thank you so much for your Donation!
This level of donation can contribute up to almost half of a single scholarship as our goal is to give out four $250 scholarships!
This level of donation could cover an entire scholarship for one of our hard-working members! Your generosity is greatly appreciated!
