Send a student on the journey of a lifetime

The Division of Diversity and Community Engagement provides life-changing experiential learning opportunities designed especially for low-income students who have never traveled outside their hometown or the state of Texas. Many don’t own a suitcase and virtually none of them have ever set foot in an airport. 

Your Gift to Change the World will help fund a student’s trip — giving them the chance to experience new cultures and new perspectives, and increasing their passion for learning, helping others and changing the world.

• Cover domestic experience airfare for 1 student             $250
• Cover domestic experience housing for 1 student          $500
• Provide study abroad scholarship for 1 student    .         $1,000
• Cover international experience airfare for 1 student  .    $1,500
