Art matters — and not just because of its beauty. Art matters because the skills required to analyze and interpret it contribute to creativity, critical thinking, community and social justice. That’s why teaching and learning are central to the mission of UT’s Blanton Museum of Art. 

Your Gift to Change the World will give more elementary, high school and UT students access to world-class art, helping them develop their creative, interpersonal and analytical skills — skills that are necessary to change the world.  

Gifts to Change the World

• Provide museum tickets for 8 UT students                                                    $100
• Provide museum tickets for 25 adults from underserved communities      $300
• Provide museum tickets for 25 students and their chaperones                   $500
• Underwrite operating costs to keep the museum free for UT students      $1,000
