Today, many underserved individuals face a significant knowledge gap, which prevents them from accessing essential healthcare. The unhoused, uninsured, and underinsured often struggle with limited access to healthcare facilities, transportation challenges, and a lack of understanding of available healthcare resources.
At HealthMaze, we bridge this gap by creating an accessible, comprehensive directory of clinics offering free or low-cost healthcare. Our mission is to empower individuals to navigate healthcare options confidently and receive the care they need and deserve, regardless of socioeconomic status.
What We Do:
Since our founding, we have connected over 400 individuals with vital healthcare resources through direct outreach at food pantries and shelters. Many have accessed care they didn’t realize was possible, thanks to our resource cards and website.
We Need Your Support!
With your support, HealthMaze can expand our impact by providing internet access support so individuals can easily access healthcare information and financial aid for public transportation, allowing people to attend critical medical appointments.
