According to the 2016 Kauffman Index, Austin is the No. 1 city for startup activity. The McCombs school of business has one of the top-ranked entrepreneurship programs in the world (US. News and World Report, 2016), and UT Austin ranks No. 8 for educating startup founders who successfully raise money for new ventures (Business Insider, 2016).
But despite these accolades, UT Austin lacks a major resource vital for entrepreneurship: a dedicated space on campus for students to focus on building their ventures.
What is Longhorn Entrepreneurship Agency?
Longhorn Entrepreneurship Agency is an arm of Student Government dedicated to fostering and supporting entrepreneurship at the University of Texas at Austin. As the hub for entrepreneurship on the 40 Acres, we work with the university's administration to cultivate a premier campus environment for students to build new ventures.
By giving some of the brightest students in the nation the resources they need to start companies, and by building a culture that celebrates entrepreneurs, the University of Texas at Austin will see world-changing ideas come to life more frequently and effectively than ever before. Through our programs, partnerships with other UT organizations, and connections to the Austin startup community, we are working to make UT Austin the best campus in the world to pursue entrepreneurship.

Your contribution is a first step towards improving student entrepreneurship at UT Austin.
Your name will be recognized on a special donor page on Longhorn Entrepreneurship Agency's website.
Your name will be recognized on a plaque alongside other Series A donors, which will be displayed in the future student entrepreneurship center.
You will receive both the Seed and Series A perks. This helps us buy TV screens, where students can pitch their businesses to investors, practice for demo days, communicate with remote team members, and much more.
