Thank you everyone so much for your support to UT Austin. We know everyone is excited to pick up your pins before graduation next week! The following information includes pickup times for the coming week, as well as information on how to get your pin mailed! If you have already picked up your pin fantastic! Congratulations to everyone for graduating! Hook' em!

PIN PICKUP INFORMATION BELOW:

Pins are available for pickup in Walter Webb Hall room 210 during the times listed below. When you come to pick up your pin, you will go upstairs go through the doors to the right of the elevators and walk into suite 210. (Follow the signs for the Annual Giving Office)

Monday May 14th from 8:30 am until 2:30pm

Tuesday May 15th from 8:30am until 3:00pm

Wednesday May 16th from 8:30am until 4:30pm

Thursday May 17th from 8:30am until 4:30pm

Friday May 18th from 8:30am until 4:30pm

After May 18th the remaining pins will be mailed to the address given at checkout. If you know that you would like your pin mailed you can complete this form. Please know that mailed pins will not be mailed until after graduation. Any questions and to coordinate alternate pick ups in special circumstances can be sent to k.sullivan@Austin.utexas.edu

Hi Class of 2018,

Thank you all for donating! We need your friends to donate at least $10 between 10am and 11am CT TODAY to win the #UT40for40 “$10 at 10AM Challenge” (need a reminder? RSVP to the Facebook event). If we have the greatest number of donations during this hour, we will receive an additional $250 to go towards our awesome causes!

There are also a few ways that YOU can participate in the Senior Class Gift for free!

1. Find the hidden Bevo toys around campus: Find the 40 for Forty Bevo toys in common areas on campus (@UTAustin will be tweeting out hints), tweet a picture of the toy with the hashtag #UT40for40, and follow the instructions on the tag to win $500 for the Senior Class Gift (you will be able to choose what gifts you would like the $500 to go towards). The contest will run from April 4 at 6am to April 5 at 10pm.

2. Babies and Pets Longhorn Spirit Facebook Photo Contest: Post a picture of your cute pet and/or child (like a cousin or a sibling) in UT gear. Post that photo on Facebook (make sure to mark “Public” under the post’s privacy settings) with the hashtags #UT40for40 and #UTentry. The most creative post will win $500 for the Senior Class Gift (you will be able to choose what gifts you would like the $500 to go towards). The contest will run from April 4 at 6am to April 5 at 3pm.

3. Longhorn Love Twitter Contest: Tweet why you love UT (in 140 characters or less) with the hashtags #UT40for40 and #UTentry. The most creative tweet will win $500 for the Senior Class Gift (you will be able to choose what gifts you would like the $500 to go towards). The contest will run from April 4 at 6am to April 5 at 3pm.

4. Longhorn Pride Instagram Contest: Show off your Longhorn pride with an Instagram photo or video and post it on your page and your story with the hashtags #UT40for40 and #UTentry. The best post will win $500 for the Senior Class Gift (you will be able to choose what gifts you would like the $500 to go towards). The contest will run from April 4 at 6am to April 5 at 3pm.

5. Student Selfie Contest: Follow @UTstufo on Instagram, post a silly selfie on your Instagram with #UT40for40 and tagging @UTstufo, and the funniest selfie will win $500 for the Senior Class Gift (you will be able to choose what gifts you would like the $500 to go towards). The contest will run from April 4 at 6am to April 5 at 3pm.

6. #TBT Commencement Photo Contest: Did you already graduate? Did anyone in your family graduate from UT? Share the graduation picture on Facebook with the hashtags #UT40for40 and #UTentry. The most creative tweet will win $500 for the Senior Class Gift (you will be able to choose what gifts you would like the $500 to go towards). The contest will run from Thursday, April 5 at 6am to 3pm.
