Great news friends!!! The University Development Office at UT, who are the wonderful people allowing me to conduct this campaign, have offered to extend it for another 15 days. That means that the campaign will now end on February 20th at 7:59am. That means we have 16 more days (including today) to push for 100%. I know that we can get there. Please reach out to everyone you know and just tell them about the research and where they can find out more. Thank you all for the phenomenal support you have given already. It has been so wonderful to see all of the support and kindness for this work throughout the course of this campaign. There are only 5 more days. Currently, we are sitting at 65%. Hello Friends!

Thanks to your wonderful generosity and kindness we reached the $2000 mark today!! This is extremely important because not only will I be able to make it to Jordan and back, but I will also be able to pay for 2 month's accomodations. 

Even more impressive is that we are up to 24 donors. That means that people believe in the importance of this research and trust me to conduct it thoroughly and honestly. This warms my heart.

MATCHING CHALLENGE!

So let's start looking for the next challenge...$5000. To help us exceed this benchmark, an anonymous donor has pledged to match DOLLAR FOR DOLLAR up to $1600. That means that if we can put together $1600 in the next week it will actually be worth $3200!!!! That would put us over half way to our goal. So if you have not had the chance to show your support yet, this week is the time to make the most of it. If you have donated or are not able to at this time then you can still help by continuing to spread the word to everyone!

Good Evening Everyone!!

Just a quick update...We added to more people to the team today. I would like to send a big thanks to Patricia Loomis and Lydia Dixon for their generous donations today.

Step by step we are reaching our goal. But what touches me more than anything is that people are seeing the value in this work. I have seen the way that theatre can transform someone's life. Many of the young people I worked with in Yemen found purpose and solace in creating performance. There is something remarkable and intangible about imaging a world of your own creation and using that world to approach the major issues of today.

Let's keep pushing forward...tell EVERYONE you know about this project, share the link, and let's get the word out!!

Good evening everyone! It was an extremely successful launch day for this campaign. In under 12 hours we were able to reach 10% of our goal. That is all thanks to you and your support. Whether you donated today or simply shared the link with your network, you became part of this project. So what has your support helped to provide?

About 30 minutes ago I purchased my airline tickets to and from Amman!!!!

That is an amazing start! But we cannot stop there....Tomorrow is new day and it is one day closer to the end of the campaign.
